Summer Savings!

More great deals this week on summer favorites & other fun party food. I feel like every time we turn around we are on a picnic here or there and need some fun snacks. Although I generally don't stock up on snacks, this week there were enough good deals to tempt me. I think I bought our year supply of fishy crackers this week! I think that means a super quiet 2 year old during church, right?!? I hope so!

Here is my 'loot' for the next 2 weeks meal plan. For under $150 I got several pounds of turkey, rump roast, produce (you name the produce, I bought it ;), shredded hashbrowns, butter, Sunny Delight, yogurt, frozen fruit, frozen pizza, crackers, soda pop, mayonnaise, mustard, chips, bread, milk, eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, & much more!!

Login to our website to see all of the great deals in your area! Remember, you can save your entire month's membership on ONE item you purchase at a great/red deal.  The best deal of the day today was on Red Baron Frozen pizza, it was usually over $5 a pizza and I price matched it at $2.49.  Great date night food for the kids!  On four pizzas that was $10 I saved on just those few items. On my fishy-crackers I saved $1.13 a bag. I bought over 25 of them, so that was nearly $30 I saved on just crackers alone.  Soooo fabulous ;)
Have fun shopping & saving money!

I'm just curious on the goldfish crackers, what price did u actually pay? I see them on sale for $1.89 but u said you saved $1.13. Did u have a coupon u used as well???? My kids love them but didn't see the price much lower than just regular at walmart which is $1.98.

Last week they were on sale at Smiths for .89 a bag (regularly $1.98 at Walmart). Did I do my math right? Oops! $1.09 each I saved. Smith's had them for over $2 a bag regularly, so I guess I was pretty close ;) Either way, check at Smiths (or Ralphs, Vons, etc. if you live out of Utah). They all have them on sale again this week for the same price I believe. Check deals to meals and we will tell you exactly :)

Love your blog. I was wondering why
Excedrin Migraine cost so much.
The grocery store i shop at, no longer stock Excedrin Migraine
and I found some on Amazon 300 count bottle for $350.00, the same
size i used to get for $30.00.

I know everything has gone up but this is crazy!!

Wow! That is crazy! I am not an expert on medicine prices, sadly, but that seems bizarrely high. I'm sorry to hear that. If I hear any word as to why medicine is going up I will blog about it ;)

There was a huge Excedrin recall because of some broken pills. You ant get it anywhere right now but I saw that they are back in production so that should change.
